My own journey to finding a thriving lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters along the journey. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to our work by providing deep listening, deep questioning and guidance based on years of experience.  Once we are clear what you want, I will help you get it.  My favorite quote from Peter Drucker:  "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things."  Using Bill Aulet's work on the Disciplined Entrepreneurship we will focus on doing the right things.

Extensive experience enables me to be your guide in the wilderness of the startup world. My work with multiple startups as founder and co-founder provides perspectives to bring valuable insights quickly and to focus on what you need to be successful.  

As a lead mentor with the MIT Club of Northern California's Venture Mentoring Services (vms.mit.edu), I bring the latest and greatest tools for Disciplined Entrepreneurship available today. In addition to the technical aspects, I also bring a unique set of Peopleware skills to help you steward the soul of your business.
